1. Please make sure to phone, fax or e.mail first to confirm availability and   ensure that the accommodation will be held for you.

2. After you have confirmed availability, complete and sign the Booking Form and return it to us at the address shown at the top of the form.
We will 'provisionally reserve' the accommodation for you for 7 days to allow time for receipt of the booking form and the deposit.

4. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
Deposits can be accepted in Sterling or Euros (at a fixed rate of £1 /€1.45).
Bank details will be forwarded to you once you have confirmed a booking.

5. Your booking will be confirmed by us when we have received your booking form and the deposit.

6. The balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday start date and this can also be paid in either Sterling, or Euros.
You will be sent an invoice when the balance is due for payment.
